A FREE Food Distribution is Coming to the Area!
Ashland County: Luthern Social Services Food Distribution schedulesRichland County: Luthern Social Services Food Distribution scheduleCommonly Asked QuestionsLutheran Social Services, in cooperation with The Cleveland Food Bank and Faith United Methodist Church, will be starting a FREE Food Distribution beginning April 20 at The Outlet from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. and continuing monthly, every third Wednesday.
A FREE Food Distribution is for low-to-moderate income families, which allows access to staple food items.
Lutheran Social Services also has two other Food Distributions in Ashland County.
The Outlet Mobile Food Pantry site is for Richland County Residents Only.
There will be many things offered at the food giveaways, such as, but not limited to:
· Dairy Products (such as milk, yogurt, cheese, etc.)
· Meat Products (such as chicken, fish, beef)
· Canned Goods (such as corn, peas, green beans, spinach, applesauce, peaches, pears)
· Pastas (such as noodles, spaghetti, macaroni-n-cheese)
· Miscellaneous (such as vitamins, over-the-counter medications, pizzas, pastries, breads, etc.)
· Produce (such as potatoes, onions, apples, etc.)
1. Masonic Lodge Mobile Pantry (31 W. 11th St. Ashland) on every 4th Friday of the month from 10a-12p.
2. Nova Fire Station Mobile Pantry (254 St. Rt. 511 Nova) on every 2nd Tuesday of the month from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
1. The Outlet Mobile Pantry (1574 St. Rt. 96 E. Richland) on every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

1. What do I bring?
Please bring boxes, bags, wagons to carry your groceries. If you do not have these we usually have SOME extra but not much. You do not need proof of income or photo ID.
2. What do I do when I get there?
There will be a registration table. Please fill out the simple form and wait in line. It is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. So we suggest arriving a little early.
