This is a part-time, key staff position for the two churches. Faith & Paradise UMC's are combining resources and strengths in order to better provide for the students in the area. The Director of Student Ministries would help develop a community youth ministry for the two churches that will foster discipleship, outreach, and leadership development among young people.
